Maggie understands the value of an awesome customer experience and takes pride in delivering at that level at every opportunity. 

She began her career in advertising and marketing, specializing in buying and selling media and media campaigns.  She worked with national clients such as Medico Locks, Bassett Furniture, Craddock Terry Shoes, and the Christian Broadcast Network.  She moved into telecommunications and focused on long-term contract negotiations with developers, homeowner and condominium associations, and national property owners of apartments and senior living facilities.  This background has equipped her with skills uniquely suited to real estate transactions, including marketing, understanding market trends, negotiating, and contract creation, execution and fulfillment.  Whether you are buying or selling, Maggie will use these skills to deliver a well-informed, stress-free and successful experience.

Maggie began her real estate career in 2004, building a very successful partnership in Sarasota, ultimately specializing in luxury homes.  After briefly leaving the area to return to the corporate world, she has returned to her love of Sarasota and real estate.

As a resident of Sarasota for over three decades, she brings an in-depth knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, and amenities that is invaluable to her clients.   With her appreciation of the Sarasota area, coupled with her passion for real estate and the opportunity to make customer’s dreams come true, whether it be assisting in one of the largest financial decisions of their lives, selling their property, buying a second home, retirement home, or investment property, Maggie is invested in your journey.

Additionally, Maggie is committed to serving the community, having served in several Board positions for Children First including President, chairing event committees for The Reading Festival and volunteering for The Child Protection Team, The Comedy Festival, and Hometown Heroes.  She is also a founding member of the Hollywood Lions Club.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys the arts and culture in the Sarasota community, the beaches, and the natural beauty of Florida.  She also takes time for reading, walking and spending quality time with her family.
